Our First Year Partnership

Every client has a dedicated account manager that will hold quarterly meetings to address any issues, projects, or feedback to ensure that we are holding ourselves accountable for our services. We also like to stop by and check in occasionally and reach out after we fix issues to ensure they were resolved properly. Below is an overview of what it is like to work with Coastware during the first year of a partnership.

1 Month

Within the first month of on-boarding, we tend to see a rush of IT tickets come through from issues that may have been lingering for a while without being addressed.
We use these issues and time to build relationships with the team to show that we are knowledgable and easy to communicate with in a respondible and timely manner.

3 Months

The client has developed a pretty good understanding of who we are as technicians and as a trusted partner of the business. We will schedule our first quarterly meeting during this time.
The first few months of the partnership are the most crucial to ensure we are building trust as well as following through on our promises to address the needs of our clients.

6 Months

We will provide a client with a full detailed analysis document assessing the first 6 months of working together. We will review during our second quarterly meeting.
At this point, our goal is to be a fullly integrated partner in your business that we have promised from the beinning.

1 Year +

We will outline a full year analysis to recap on the past year from a technology standpoint.
Coastware will provide a new Agreement to the client and set new goals for the upcoming years to come.
